Janice helped my wife and I find the perfect home in Mt Juliet. Going through an international move with a baby on the way, we had little time to house shop and our stress level was high. Mt Juliet is a very competitive market and homes often get many offers. Janice had the knowledge to help our offer stand out even though it was not the highest! Janice is an amazingly wonderful realtor. She goes above and beyond her job to be sure her clients are satisfied with the new home that she has found for them. She helped me find a handicapped assessable home for my disabled step father. It was a lot of hard work on her part but she never got aggravated or upset. She just kept a smile on her face and made sure we had the home that was perfect for us. She's really an amazing woman. She has actually became a friend of ours.
